Beautiful and fabulous place, I truly enjoyed incredibly welcoming personnel.
Everything was nice, the room was spotless and cheap with a comfortable bed as well as large bathroom. The breakfast was very good with very nice food cooked to order and bacon, for example, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was set in a central area near to a quiet tree lined avenue within decent walking distance to the town/Promenade and the main town centre...
Though everything was excellent, some of the staff were quite rude.

A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed the spacious room with both a large shower and bathtub. Although breakfast service was a bit slow, the coffee in the cozy lounge was excellent and made up for it. Tip, double-check breakfast orders to avoid delays!

My stay was convenient for exploring the nearby town center and attractions. The room was comfortable, with a lovely back garden view that made the experience special. The cozy decor added a welcoming touch, making me feel right at home. Although I found the room size a bit small, overall, I enjoyed my short stay.

Character building; good carpark; close to town centre; free wifi which works.
The experience is more B&B than hotel. Owners not very communicative or over-friendly but paid staff excellent at the time of my stay. Rooms are a bit cramped but adequate. Interior decoration dated, but if it were upgraded no doubt prices would be too.

The location of the Hotel was as described, in a tree-lined road away from the centre of Cheltenham. It was possible to walk into the Centre but there was a bus. Evening dinner was optional and therefore the opportunity was available to eat elsewhere if required. We ate in the Hotel each evening and found everything excellent. The hotel was spotless and nicely decorated, the dining room being a particular feature of the orginal house is beautiful. There is adequate parking in the grounds of the hotel.
